2. This is to let all our customers and supporters aware that Dialtone Sound is not located in Nottingham United Kingdom. Dialtone Sound is located in Greater Manchester United Kingdom and Kingston Jamaica. These are the only locations for Dialtone Sound. Please to be advice that we will update you once we have establish any new location via email. We are aware of flyers and other marketing tools advertising Dialtone Sound without our consent, and we respectfully request that the Dialtone Sound in Nottingham stop using our Name " Dialtone Sound"

Refund and Return Policy
1. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns within 1-30 days of receipt. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact us at finance@dialtoneproduction.com/18554969341. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or damaged. Once the return is processed, a refund or exchange will be issued as per your preference.
