 Refund Policy and Cancellation


    1. Full Refund
      If you cancel your booking within the specified cancellation window (usually 48 hours before the session), you are eligible for a full refund.
      Important: Please make sure to cancel within the allowed time frame to avoid any cancellation fees.

    2. Partial Refund
      If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled booking, a partial refund may apply, depending on the circumstances.
      Note: In some cases, non-refundable fees may apply if preparations (e.g., studio setup, staff allocation) have already begun.

    3. No Refund

      • No refund will be given if you cancel after the session has already started or fail to cancel within the cancellation period.

      • If you do not show up for your session without prior cancellation, no refund will be issued.

    4. Refund Process

      • After cancellation, your refund will be processed within 1-5 business days.

      • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, etc.).

    5. Special Terms for Custom or Time-Sensitive Work (e.g., Dubplates, Jingles)

      • For services like dubplates or jingles, where work has already begun, partial refunds may apply depending on the stage of the project.

      • If production work has been completed, no refund will be issued, but we may offer a revision or discount for future services.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you can return the product or request a refund based on the following terms:

  1. Eligibility for Returns:
  • Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  1. Non-Refundable Items:
  • Certain items, such as digital products or custom orders, are not eligible for refunds or returns.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

  1. Damaged or Incorrect Items:
  • If you received an item that is damaged or not as ordered, please contact us immediately. We will provide a full refund or exchange at no additional cost to you.
