Buyer Rights
– Beat(s) can be distributed by buyer after purchase.
– Beat(s) can be distributed at buyer price.
– Buyer can use the beat(s) for commercial recordings, broadcasts, non-profit promotional use or demos.
– Buyer have full rights to record, alter, and mix the beat(s) in any shape, way, or form.
– Upon purchasing rights, Dialtone Production does not own the beat(s) and cannot resell the beat(s) to any other party after beat(s) have been purchased.
– Buyer will receive the wave master file and the track-outs (separate instruments).
